The skirt is cut on the bias to create a beautiful swing shape and it finishes just over the knee with a tie-belt at the waist for easy comfortable fitting. The ‘Blue Ribbons’ print is authentic 40’s style Rayon Crepe de Chine. This beautiful item is as good as it gets if you love vintage designs & totally in keeping with Authentic 1940s Style, as it is an exact reproduction of a classic 1940s item.
