We will offer full refund on successful return of any of the item that you would like to return in line with our refund and return policy. Once your request is received we endeavour to process your requests within 24-hours however delays can occur due to weekends and bank holidays. Please follow the below guidelines for more information.

Return service: 

We offer return services to our customers, so our third-party seller too. Return must be reach us within the time frames that says in our policy. If you are wanting to return any of our products, you should go to your order at your member account click cancel the order. Please note that you can cancel full or partial order. It will automatically alert us and our other seller too.  So, we can initiate your return and provide you with the full or partial refund after we receive the item in good condition. Please be advised that there might be a charge associated with the return which will be based on the product itself dependent on the quantity or number of items the return is required for. Please also note that some of the return may be collected by our Courier Company or driver but not all the returns are possible to be collected from your door and you may need to drop it to our local depot or nearest postal service. Please note that if you wish to return any item then we appreciate if you return it in the condition that you have purchased the item in and we may not accept a refund for any item that has been damaged and we may still offer partial refund based on the damage to the item.  

 

Refund your money: 

If you are returning any of our products those have already been delivered to your address, then please note that the refund cannot be processed until and unless we receive the return item and once it has been assessed by our team we will process your refund accordingly based on having satisfactorily return and undamaged item which is being returned in its original and unused condition. we will wait until we receive your item. Once the item is received and assessed we will issue you a refund to your original payment method that you have used to make the purchase. After receiving the item, we will refund your money to the payment method you have used to pay us. Please note that if you have used your eWallet balance to make the purchase, in that case we will process the refund to your eWallet balance. If you change your mind and cancel the order before we despatch and deliver the order, then we will refund you in full to the same payment method you have used to pay for the goods.

As we are the eCommerce platform, selling our products as well products from third party seller those are associated or affiliated with us then you may not direct contact with our third-party seller unless we redirect you to their website for shopping. However, you can always contact us direct, and we will sincerely deal with your query and resolve it as a matter of urgency.
